Shipping within India

Standard domestic shipping is free.

International shipping

International shipping is charged at a flat ₹2,100 for destinations available at checkout.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are processed on business days. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact hello@hereandfound.com promptly if it needs to be corrected; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Use the same address for help with a delayed, damaged, lost, or incorrect delivery.
